What hardware is included? The pre-assembled stands include three screws for mounting to the countertop (adhesive bases sold separately) and all hardware necessary to mount your credit card machine to the stand.

Not what is described but still a useable piece.
I would not say "professionally restored". "Used" would be more accurate. It's dirty and scratched and although the description says there may be blemishes, it looks like it was unbolted from a counter and put in a box and shipped. I'm ok with that but not "refurbished " by any means. Also no mounting screws were with it so 3 stars for poor description.

Nope...
the MX915 does NOT fit on this mount properly. Although you can actually place and lock it on the mount, as soon as you try to change the angle it will pop of the mount as the bottom part of it pushes the device up and off the mount. Ended up building 25 mounts for the rest of the devices by my self.
