Waste pf money
Patches DO NOT HEAT UP AT ALL! They are also VERY SMALL...Tried several out of the pack no heat on any...where are these good reviews coming from? Beware ...WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY FOR SURE!!!

Works!
They don't get hot right away but when they do, it's very hot. I like to use it on my hip at night. I usually wake up with achy hip but these work very well. I don't use it every night though, I have to give my skin a break or it gets a little sensitive.

The best natural remedy for pains
I love these patches. Have been getting them for over a yr now for sciatica. I do stretching exercises or massages and stick one of these and the pain is gone. It's a natural way to do it without having to drink pain medications. They do feel hot in the area like if you had a heating pad on, nothing abnormal. But if used more than necessary on the same area it might dry up the area some. Just use in moderation. Twice a day is more like it. Of course around the. On sensitive skin area it will leave glue residue. And might leave a burning spot or dry skin spot. I use oil after usage or lotion. This if you're tolerating of a heating pad will work. But if you're too sensitive it will not be for you.

they work, but they're extra sticky
they work well, though the adhesive is extra-sticky. I used on on my wrist and it was like waxing my arms when i tried to take it off >_< save yourself the pain and saturate them with oil or Vaseline to remove!also, it smells kinda... weird lol. not unpleasant necessarily? it reminds me of cheap gum 😅

Works great for my lower back pain.
I have found these patches to be very effective in relieving my lower back pain. I work 12 hour shifts and can still feel the heat when pulling the patch off in the evening, and once applied I've never had one come off accidentally. I tried the new lidocaine patches and they did nothing but lighten my wallet. Just ordered these capsaicin patches again.

Rips off skin Rip off product
It does not have any pain reducing property , the only thin is glue , taking off the patch is a quick and painful experience and take the hair off with it. Thanks to these patches which stay on to excess i have smoother knees but still lots of pain when using them.
