This is my first time ever to purchased a video camera. I like how the package was good with all needed to connect to wifi, chime and step by step instructions to installing on your property. Camera show clear pictures day and night images. It has a alert motion feature to your needs. I will tell my family and friends to purchase the Mudview products of their choice. I recommend this product and their customer service to assist with questions about this product. I received a replacement camera it was fast delivery short time. Customer service called and to confirmed that the canera arrived . Therefore I will use this camera and put it on the other side of my door. Everything was in the package to connect internet and pair to the chime. Easy mounting on wall and I will see how long the battery last. However the camera works right away. Thank you.

This smart video doorbell has become something vital for me. I am used to receive many packages, and it has been of much help for me to make contact with the shippers when they arrive to give them the drop box code. It also helps me to watch the surroundings when I am not at home.It has a very good definition of the image and sound and the battery lasts for more than 3 weeks. With a problem that I had with the installation, they gave me technical support and even sent me a replacement camera. I strongly recommend this camera for your safety and peace of mind. First, I would like to begin off with saying this item isn't as bad as other say it might be. I actually think it a good item with a fair price to have outside of the house for safety and just for a doorbell. You would think this item isn't going to be as good as the ringer company but, I was totally wrong. I order two camera from the company, one for the back and one for the front. When, I open there it was as describe in the description came with everything that was necessary. Wireless as it can be, easy to install it only took like 10 min max for each camera. So overall, for the setting up the good review was right. The only cons, I have isn't the motion detection because, I though it wasn't actually that bad cause, it was to sensitive or to little you know I mean. The only down part was, setting up the alarm when the camera get pulled off of the mount, it took awhile to figure out how to make the sound go off and on because, there wasn't a instruction on that but, manage to figure it out. Additionally, with this pairing it with the other device seem to be a different instruction that wasn't sent to us or it just didn't come with it so we wasn't sure how to pair them up except play around with it, not sure what the point of the Chime Setting if it doesn't pair. Hope to figure that out soon. The other con, I have was that one of the device alarm sound was more quieter then the other one, we though it was because, the sound management was turn on to quiet but, turns out it wasn't that because, it was at 100% and still very quiet. Which most likely, mean if a burgherly came we won't even notice it was gone until we received a notification on our phone or nevertheless they would just cover the sound. But, overall with these cons the product is a very good installment to the doorbell and camera view. One more thing is the service for help is very nice. If you have issue, they do help you out as much as possible.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a few key features when I decided to get a doorbell cam:1. Good person detection. I didn't want alerts due to shadows, cars.2. Option to use local storage to save on cloud fees.3. Good app with timely alerts so I don't miss folks at the door.4. Good value... didn't want to buy a RingThe AI person detection is very good. It hasn't missed a package being dropped off or someone coming up to the door as far as I can tell. This is a huge feature, as I had another wireless camera on the door, but it was picking up shadows, cars, and our flag waving about... even when setting a detection zone. So, this is 5 stars for motion detection.I have an Android phone and their app is pretty good. I get alerts in a timely fashion so I can see people coming up to the door, packages being dropped off, and I've answered someone at the door when I've been out of town. All of this works well. One thing, and I saw someone else mention this, you'll want to setup separate accounts to "share" the phone with others in the house. Sharing out your credentials will only allow one person to be "logged into" the camera at a time. Just setup a new account and share access with the new people and this works fine.I've had the unit for about a month so far and the battery is at 35% now. This is pretty good since I have the motion detection sensitivity set to high, and the recording time set to 30 seconds. So, the camera is recording quite a bit to the local SD card as well as streaming video back to me when I check on it.There are many options to setup the camera... cloud storage (I have not tried), limiting the recording interval, night vision (camera area is well lit at night, so I can't say how well this feature works), alerting schedules, etc.Installation is easy as I just used the double sided tape to mount it to my wall. Screws are included if you need those. You mount the holder and place the camera into it, then put in a screw at the bottom to secure the unit. If someone takes the camera out of the holder an alarm will go off (see my video) and you get an alert on the app. That's a cool feature.Setting up the accompanying doorbell alert inside the house was easy. Just put in the batteries and pair it with the unit. There are a few different ringtone like options.Overall, I'm very happy with the unit... will update this review if anything changes.

I am not a fan of giving opinions about my purchases, but on this occasion I took the liberty of doing so for the following reasons: What I liked was the price, I say this because the product arrived incomplete. And what I liked was that I contacted Technical Service via email on December 4 of this year, in which I explained that Amazon.ca was not receiving this product as a refund. In a few minutes I received news from MUBVIEW. They apologized for the inconvenience and they only asked me for the serial number of the doorbell. The next day I received another email where they told me: We sent you a new doorbell. You will receive it around 9th, Dec. This solution was the fastest for me than I imagined. I would like to send you to everyone who works for WUBVIEW. My most sincere congratulations for the excellent work they do, the high quality of customer service and the speed with which they resolve cases. I will wait to receive the new product that I am 100% sure will arrive complete and that way I can use it with confidence. So far I’m very happy with my purchase of the doorbell camera. It works perfectly. Camera image is very good . Sound quality is also very good . It also has a voice changer , clown voice and old man voice connected to the intercom. Very useful for the kids when at home alone . 🤣 so far so good !

Being a delivery driver I ring smart doorbells all day so I was in the market for a good one, Ring doorbells seemed to be so leggy and unclear on audio then I came across a customer with one of these!! Not only have I been on the ringing side of things I now own one it's honestly one of the best I've seen on doors (trust me) Audio is clear as day! No lag, app works and functions great, night Camera is clear as day too 👀👌🏻 even has multiple ring tones comes with attachment for door & wall! What more can you want. Oh yh no subscription fee ❤️❤️❤️ I've brought a Memory card which was cheap enough and I can store my footage on there. Battery lasts at least a month honestly couldn't recommend enough 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Great that small online storage is included. No sneaky monthly payments for "subscription" like most providers. Additional SD card for backup. Reacts with 1 sec delay. Battery lasts weeks. Good purchase.
