Great Washington Monument Replica souvenir
My family and I traveled to Washington DC and found these Washington Monument Replicas in the souvenir shops. I purchased one of these in Washington and when I got home realized I needed another and wasn't going to drive back to Washington. Searching Amazon I found this and took a chance. I am very happy with the product it was almost exactly like the one I purchased in Washington. This was more expensive but I was in a bind so it was worth it.It is a nicely weighted crystal with the Washington monument etched into middle leaving all 4 sides smooth. The presentation case it comes in is felt lined and very nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great DC souvenir to display.

Not a well done product
When i opened it everything seemed very nice and pretty and well done until i took it out the display box and noticed that you can obviously see the glue and aie bubbles they used to glue it to the base portion of the crystal. Its not one solid piece and things got even worst when i put it on a led base to shine light through the glue became even more obvious and you can sew flaws in the monument such as line breakage and such. For the price i thought it would be alot nicer than some of the cheaper ones but its obviously not. Not to mention i had to order it twice because first time one of the sellers cancled the sale on me. Should have taken that as a warning not to buy it again.
