Vital Proteins Peppermint Mocha Collagen Creamer, 10g Collagen for Hair, Skin, Bone & Joint Health, 9g MCTs, 7oz

I used this over the holidays in place of half-n-half. It tasted good in my coffee and I feel like I noticed a difference in my hair and nails - both grew a little faster and my hair seemed thicker to me. It's a little pricey - I think I'm going through a container every two weeks - but the benefits are pretty good! My only issue is it's hard to get it to fully dissolve in coffee (it tends to clump up). I have a little whisk and ended up using that to get all of the little clumps to fully dissolve.

Obviously bought this like most of us, because I love this flavor for coffees/lattes. I was so excited for this to arrive so I could have my collagen protein powder in my coffee and that would ensure I get it every day. I tried this as soon as it arrived (put it in my coffee) and immediately spit it out. I thought I could salvage it by adding almond milk maybe, so I tried that and it was still gross. I can’t really describe the taste besides it being like a bitter chocolate and toothpaste with a slimy thick texture. Never buying again. I’m gonna stick to putting the vanilla flavored creamer one into my smoothies. Also, when the tub arrived, it’s not the same size as the regular tubs, it’s way smaller. None of their flavors of creamer, including this one, dissolve, either. Leaves slimy chunks in your coffee.

I think you either like these Vital Proteins Collagen Creamers or you don't. I've read reviews where folks say these are a waste of money or have a terrible taste and maybe it's something different in taste buds like how some people can taste aspartame and others can't. To me these flavors aren't chalky at all and with a small hand-held coffee whisk, they taste great! They're different than super-sweet creamers and maybe that's where the disconnect is for some folks. I recommend these Vital Proteins Collagen Creamers for sure!

I only use about a scoop but a serving is two scoops and the scoop is huge (I’d say maybe 2 tablespoons) I like the taste, it doesn’t mix very well even in hot hot water but I do like the subtle taste of peppermint- I just use my Ninja cup blender to blend it in my coffee- I don’t even use sugar anymore with it. And it’s not sweet. I probably won’t buy again just because the price doesn’t make sense.

I give this product 3 starts because of the blending part. The flavor of this product tasted great with my coffee. I even used it with some tea and the taste was still good. My only problem with this product is that towards the end of my drink, there is always some product left over that does not fully blend in with my drink. So towards the end of my drink, there is always a chalky taste.Also, I used the product until it was all gone and I am not sure that I really saw a difference in the appearance of my skin. I do not know if you have to use it for a certain amount of months before you see a difference.

This is my favorite coffee creamer ever - I wish they made it in a bigger size! It blends nicely and the peppermint favor hides the collagen flavor, which, let's be honest, is not so yummy.The best part though -- my hair and nails love it. I notice almost immediately when I stop drinking it.

I like Vital Proteins. I like Peppermint Mocha. I do not like Vital Proteins Peppermint Mocha.I'm interested in having protein with my coffee and often mix other protein powders into my coffee (current favorite is Muscle Milk Pro Series). I was drawn to this product as "Vital Proteins" collagen peptide varieties mix well and I figured with the ingredients listed that it should be a good flavor, but perhaps lite on the chocolate. I was very wrong. Here's a few tips for those trying to balance out the good and bad reviews:1. Mixing: This creamer does not blend easily, by you can eventually get there. However, I can bypass that provided it stays in suspension; it does not. The blend falls out of suspension within a couple minutes of fully mixing.2. Flavor: - Primarly flavor is metalic. I've noticed this with some coconut based products, but it is distractingly pronounced in this one. Some coconut can taste sweet, but this one's metalic flavor is acrid. - Secondary SMELL is Peppermint, but the flavor of Peppermint does not follow through. I was hoping to augment the chocolate flavor, but Peppermint does not come through and again... metalic is overwhelming - There is literally no chocolate smell or flavor in this mix. There might be an approximation of a highly chemical *hint* at chocolate, but nothing specific enough to call "chocolate".3. Minor Irritation: The container is small, whatever, but it does make it very difficult to put the scoop back in the container. Had to ram it in there.

Wow! What an incredible ripoff this is! And all because I’m a sucker for anything Peppermint Mocha flavored-can we underline SUCKER at least 3 times? I recently tried the collagen peptides powder, liked it, and wanted to try the creamer in my favorite flavor. Big mistake-this has a terrible taste and texture, doesn’t mix well, comes in a tiny jar making it really expensive, and I purchased 2 of them! Don’t buy unless you have lots of money to waste since you can’t return!
