Saved my feet
I hiked from south to north rim of Grand Canyon end of Sep at 62 yrs of age. The hard liner from heel to toe made such an incredible difference over liners that came with boots. I normally have trouble walking after long hikes because of sore feet.

Did not fit well
The arch support hits in the wrong spot, it needs to be wider as it hits to far into the foot instead of where the arch is. If that was fixed i think it would be a good product.

These! 100%
Recommended by my Orthopedic Surgeon to help with recovery after being cleared for full weight bearing. The "springy" feeling is subtle, the arch support is excellent. I am using them in a pair of trainer/running shoes as well as Tac Boots. Both applications have exceeded my expectations. One note, they are thicker than typical inserts, I am wearing a shoe that is 1/2 a size bigger to offset the insert thickness. I also opted for a wide running shoe to allow my toes a little extra wiggle room.

Work well for avid runners
Engineered for runners, these are suitable for that purpose. If you are looking for an insole to alleviate pain due to a specific foot condition, these may or may not work for you. From my understanding, they are made for athletes, runners, etc and designed to give you an extra boost and bounce in each foot strike. They are priced considerably higher than many mainstream insole brands. (triple the price of the inserts my husband was previously buying) They do have the carbon plate technology which isn't found in lower priced insole inserts. My husband was excited to see how they compared to the lower priced Spenco insoles he previously tried. My husband swapped out his old insoles in his second pair of running shoes for these and said they felt very lightweight but also a bit harder than inserts he has used before. He wears a size 10.5 shoe and these fit nicely. They don't offer any special cushioning nor are they supposed to. He said that he could really feel a noticeable (springy) difference when running, especially after going for many miles. His feet felt aligned properly and he didn't experience any discomfort during use. I asked if he noticed any MAJOR differences in speed and he said that he didn't really think so.You need a good shoe with a good insole to get the most out of your run and prevent foot pain. This insole does just that! With the premium price tag, it's one of those things that you, yourself, need to try to see if it is worth the extra $$$.

Good performance insoles
These performance insoles seems to work better than my current ones. They have a very sturdy carbon fiber plate underneath and a TPU foam structure all around. The foam has a little of bounce to it and can absorb some impact. They cushion my feet very well and are comfortable to use. The arch support is pretty decent as well.I ordered the large size and they fit my sneakers pretty well. The front part has the carbon plate recessed a bit further back, so you can trim it down to size if necessary. However, there are no printed lines along the front to help guide the trimming, so you will have to measure it carefully before you cut. Use the stock insoles in your shoes as a template if they are removable. All in all, these are great insoles. They are sturdy and well made. Not sure if they can really help with the speed since I'm not a speed runner. On the minus side, they are expensive. I can't tell you if they are worth the asking price since I'm no runner. What I can tell you is that they are comfortable, cushioning and a little bouncy to help shield impact. The decent arch support is a nice touch. Anyhow, I really like these.

Just DON'T BUY IT
Not worth the high price for over one week waiting for it, sized wrong and cheap material, add to much of height and your foot is out of your shoes, UNUSABLE, another garbage made in china. Returning it and now will need wait the seller decide and refund, will get Amazon involved probably. AVOID IT!!

Overpriced and uncomfortable.
I got these because I developed posterior tendinitis in my right ankle from increasing my running mileage too quickly and my over pronation. These are great for support. They really do help out with dorsiflexion and reducing the load enough so I can run without pain. The comfort on these make you feel like you’re running barefoot. There isn’t enough cushioning. I wouldn’t run more than 10k in these. I’m a midfoot/forefoot striker and my forefoot starts to ache, throb, and hurt around the 4 mile mark.Still not sure if I want to keep these or return them. Most likely I’ll try running in them a little bit more to see if I develop any injuries or if the discomfort make them not worth keeping.
