It's a cigarette ROLLER!!!

My RIZLA+ cigarette tube filling machine broke. I purchased this one, thinking it may be the same thing. I was not.This is a cigarette roller. If you are looking for a cigarette roller, this will work great, but will not work for filling tubes.
