After a mistake with my order I emailed customer service. They answered my email within a couple of hours and my problem was completely resolved. Wonderful customer service and great products. Omaha Steaks has the best meat, especially their prime rib roast.

Best Prime Rib I've EVER had!
I love Prime Rib and order it any time I see it on the menu. I know what to expect, mostly juicy pieces and a few dry pieces. Not this cut! Every single piece was juicy. It was so juicy I only used a little horseradish sauce and nothing else. Highly recommended. Used the spices they sent with the piece. Perfect seasoning.
