Medium thick comfortable fairly dense fleece that stretches just enough to fit (even) my XXL head. The little front brim is just enough to keep moisture off my glasses and provide protection. These caps are a great value. I bought two, and keep one in my hiking daypack as part of my 'emergency' kit. You will love these!

Being bald can suck, mostly in the cold months so I’m a huge fan of beanies and have many of them in various colors, material and styles. This will definitely be my go to beanie for winter hiking and any occasion with cold windy conditions. I ordered the medium size and it fits nicely. It’s a little stretchy so doesn’t constrict my head and it’s very soft to the touch even after washing it. I did a 2 minute speed dry and hung it up to dry out completely. Over drying it in hot temps will probably ruin it so keep that in mind. It’s very lightweight and warm so can’t wait to see how it handles the great outdoors when the temperature gets to the single digits. I always keep options depending on the weather but, hopefully this will outperform my expectations. I especially like the ear flaps and the cap bill should come in handy for snowy conditions. If you want the ear flaps up, they fold up easily and stay in place so no worries about them getting in the way if you want them up. I look like a total dork while wearing it but, I’m not about making fashion statements, I’m all about comfort and practicality lol. Also, keep it away from hook and loop Velcro type stuff or it will probably destroy the fabric. I’m going to order the tan/brown one next!

The media could not be loaded.  I love the fact that I can get the baton using one hand which makes it easier for me since I had a stroke and I don’t have the use of my left hand to do much of anything before I bought this hat I required assistance to cover my head so it would get very cold when the weather was cold but now I can stay warm and toasty the hat has a nice retro military look to it and it is made to fit under a military helmet so it can probably be used with other headgear as well I think t might work under a hard hat if the hard hat is really big the hat came with a limited lifetime warranty and the company will replace the hat if it ever fails due to the materials or workmanship it is also made in Ukraine and I loved the idea of giving my American Dollars to A Ukrainian company especially one run by a guy who is a former member of the Ukrainian Military Ukraine must be freed

With winter approaching I wanted a warm hat that had ear flaps and a brim to keep my ears warm and blowing snow or bright sun out of my eyes while using my snowblower.This hat is well constructed and folds nicely despite having a small brim to fit in a coat pocket.The material is very soft and warm, and I ordered it in the color orange to be visible to snowplows.It should be noted it is made in Ukraine, so it helps employ the Ukrainian people who are suffering right now because of Russia invading the country.I have told my family and friends about the products the company sells and all of them and myself plan to help the Ukrainian people by buying more of their products.I encourage other Americans to do the same instead of buying winter hats and other items made in communist China and the Ukrainian quality is superior to Chinese quality.

I returned this hat. The band was tight, but there was a bunch of extra fabric at the top of the hat. I couldn't pull or adjust it on me in any way that looked or felt right.

Fit great, keep my ears warm. the only problem is the visor is weak and little small. However with that said I buy the cap again.

Very comfortable and warm. Bill is a bit shot. A half-inch longer bill will keep the sun out of my eyes.

I started by measuring my head as recommended on the buying page and ordered an XL in Navy blue. The fleece material is high quality as are the stitches, no loose threads. The fit is perfect. The hat is deep enough to allow you to pull the visor down to your eyebrows if needed. The sides cover the ears perfectly for cold weather. One thing that I find useful is that you can fold up the ear covers very neatly on days where it is warmer or if you are inside and the hat still looks great. The visor is large enough to provide good protection for the eyes. Great all purpose winter / cold weather hat. I highly recommend!!

Excelente gorro, muy calientito, se amolda muy bien a la cabeza.

It might be a bit odd looking when one is wearing it but I really dont mind because it is so warm. I am a bird photographer and I need to stand around for hours in the winter. This beanie is definitely something I would wear in <-15 C weather because it is light and comfortable. Because the material is not thick, I could still hear bird songs /calls. Excellent product!
