How does the multi-floor mapping work? I don't see how to add additional floorplans, and the robot seems confused if I simply move it an press start.

To add an additional map, you need to move the charging dock to the floor level as well. After cleaning the new map shows up with an option to save. I saved 3 floors on mine. Hope this helps

Very valid concern. Because it can be controlled from anywhere, the vacuum has to communicate with a cloud server through your home network. There is the issue. If the cloud server is in China, they are into your home network and there is the problem. Can anyone confirm where the cloud servers the vacuum comminicates are located?
