I do lots of research prior I buy any item. I saw some negative reviews, however, the product for me is great! Cost effective and does the job. My skin feels more smooth, brighter and the product absorbs fairly quick. I can see positive change after a couple of uses and recommend to buy.

I have had melasma for years and had been using factor 50 face cream to try to avoid pigment buildup. It just got steadily worse in spite of this. This product has lightened and shrunk the pigmented areas by about 75-80% in the last 4 months. I think my skin is generally a little paler, but for me this is not a problem as I am not aiming for a tanned look. A serum works well for me, better than a cream version because I can apply it first, leave for 1-2 minutes then apply the factor 50 face cream on top, as sunblock is also recommended for melasma (even though it didn't help me!). My skin can be a little sensitive at times, but has tolerated this product well including on my eyelids.

Effective but requires consistent use and patience. I started seeing some improvement in pigmentation only after 2 months. I think if you really want significant improvements, it will easily take more than 4 months, considering you are using a proper sunscreen every day sincerely.

I love this serum for my body. I cannot use it on my face and neck, unfortunatley as it did break me out. I do have sensitive skin, so this isn't uncommon. It is unscented, so I think it may be because of the niacinamide that irritates my face. But on my body, i have seen a huge change in hyperpigmentatuin around knuckles, elbows and it is helping to fade old and new acne scars. Ultimately my skin looks brighter and the discoloration is fading. I have just ordered my second bottle. I will either apply to my skin when damp or mix in with my normal moisturiser, to get more out of the bottle. A great buy and made a difference for me in the first week.

Absolutely perfect for my skin type. It’s non-greasy and absorbs well into the skin with no lasting residue.

I bought this product because of the azelaic acid content, I later learnt that I should have bought a product with at least 15-20% azelaic acid if I want to see any results. I use this to spot treat( I don't apply it on my whole face) and I haven't seen any changes in a couple of weeks. I've gone half the bottle now and no visible changes. Elemis is my next stop, I think I need to spend the money if I want to see any results

I stopped using this for about 3 weeks thinking I might be overloading my skin with too many products. As a result my skin was red, itchy and a nightmare to apply makeup to, like it used to be. I realised it was this product that was keeping my skin calm and dewy all day. I've swapped between this and the vitamin c skin clearing serum on and off and both of them are they biggest game changers for my skin. I have eczema prone, dry, photosensitive and a serious red prone skin type. This product is a life saver for me. But of course won't be for everyone!

Amazing item! I needed a replacement for my Inkey list Azelaic acid serum. While the Inkey list is great, the 30ml bottle doesn't seem like a lot? Plus the fact that it's more a cream feels like I have to use more to spread across my face. Eva naturals on the other hand is a true serum, so I find that it spreads evenly across my face. It's also 60ml, double the volume of the Inkey list, and also cheaper. I'm unsure of why this is so cheap since azelaic acid is expensive, but I am NOT complaining. Looking at the ingredients, it has a lot of stuff that I want in my skincare, so not only azelaic acid, niacinamide, retinol, manuka flower? also vitamin C and aloe vera. I will buy tubs of this if I have to. Please do not discontinue this product. I definitely did do a background search on this brand since I hadn't heard of them before, but they are legit! This is soo sooo sooo good for the price and what you're getting. I think the only bad thing is that it leaves a slight tackiness, probably the niacinamide or aloe.

Perfect for sensitive skin and rosacea! I use an Azelaic Acid, morning & night, at least 10%. This keeps the redness away by 80%. If I start to get red, I apply it more and use a great moisturizer (like ultra repair cream by First Aid Beauty or the glo cream by ALO ). I LOVE this particular Azelaic, because of the extras that have been added like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, aloe, and more! It even has vitamin C, but it doesn't irritate the skin. You can't beat the value either! If this was sold in an Ulta or Sephora, it would cost $65 or more. It's super high quality! I've tried literal dozens too. Just shake it up and apply desired amount. It has a great dropper too! You have to try it!
