I bought two of these bikes, one purple and one mint green. The mint green came out great and I haven’t had any issues with it but the purple one has been nothing but problems. It had missing parts and the bike feels like it leans to one side. I don’t know why it feels that way. It’s almost as if one tire is bigger than the other but it’s not. One of the brakes were bad so it had to be replaced and I had major problems trying to inflate the tires on it without them popping off the rim. I ended up taking it to a bike shop to have them complete the set up. They replaced the brake and installed the gear cables. They were not very happy with how the bike turned out either. I bought it as a gift for my sister so I will let her ride it and decide if she wants me to return it.

UPDATE: Finally recieved the second bike, and it came with no instructions and missing a rear fender. There is also a section in the middle of the main frame that just isn't painted. I'm done with this, I don't even care anymore, we can't even say we're finally happy to receive the bikes and I'd rather not deal with any if it anymore.Bought the bikes on Oct. 12th, was told they would be delivered by Oct 15th, and here I am on the 17th with ANOTHER delayed delivery message saying they'll deliver it tomorrow. "We'll deliver tomorrow" has been the storry for 3 days now. I bought 2 bikes and I'm sorry to say that I'm $710 deep in this with othing to show for it. Will update if I ever get what I paid for.Update: I have received one of the trikes, and after reaching out to the seller they got back to me in the same day explaining that they were out of the color I ordered and had tried to contact me about it. They offered a trike cover for compensation which is very generous.The trike I have received is everything the product advertises it as. A whole kit and kaboodle of metal frame parts, brake wires, nuts, bolts, a few very useful tools, and a decent manual.I hate reading and have very little patience for build kits so I was pleasantly surprised at how the manual broke down the process and even set expectations. Everything, except for a few screws and nuts that must have shaken loose in transit, came packaged tightly, very well, no scratches or damage at all. It looked pristine until I started putting it together, but I gotta learn to be careful and have patience with these things. Even with the clear manual, the chain and rear derailer assembly SUCKS to go through when you have no prior experience but they tell you that it's gonna suck in the manual, so I can't be mad. I haven't even tackled assuming the brakes yet and I still haven't managed to get the chain to stay in play while pedaling but I'm willing to bet it's user error.I love how large the seat is and it can sit tall so I'm looking forward to finishing.I'll update the review when I have it fully assembled and have ridden it.

There were nuts and screws missing. I understand that’s always happening.

I opted to assemble myself. (translation: husband, and two male neighbors) Big mistake, however, it showed how cheaply made the trike is. I was fortunate in that one neighbor builds bikes! and has for decades, so he had parts which made mounting the brakes possible. (extension and holder thing) But the fenders were impossibly warped, among other problems. When it was almost assembled, I realized I didn't trust it, nor want it, so I initiated a return. To their credit, the 3rd party offered to replace without my mailing it back, (after I'd begun disassembly and preparing to pack into box); then finally allowed me to receive a refund and not return it. I donated it to a local bike shop which repairs and builds bikes for the underprivileged. For that, I am grateful.

Bike was complete, and fairly easy to assemble, although it took a few hours to do.everything worked well once assembled.

Amazon assembly tech diagnosed missing and bent pieces (fenders, wheels). Seller replaced the trike and I took it to a local bike shop and they pieced the good pieces of the two trikes to make one.Seat doesn’t stay tight, handle bars don’t stay in place and the ‘pleather’ seat is already discoloring even tough I keep it covered and in the shade as much as possible.I realize I didn’t pay Schwinn price …. so I’ll be satisfied with what I got.

Tires to small it was wife birthday gift

I purchased the trike for exercise mainly. There were a few issues; color, installation needed to be done by a professional, and the trike pulling in a right direction. Customer service was excellent. I contacted them, they worked efficiently with me and i am now satisfied with my purchase.
