The bracelet size you order is the actual size from end-to-end. Due to the thickness of the bracelets they run a little small, please have this in consideration when you place your order. A good thumbs up is adding about an inch. Or You can measure your wrist by wrapping a sewing tape measure, string or a piece of paper around your wrist and mark where they meet . Measure the string or paper to find your size in inches with a ruler or tape measure, Be sure to add one extra inch to your measurement. If your wrist measures 6 inches then you will need an 7 inch bracelet. I have included a color chart as a guideline, but please remember that computer settings and lighting can make colors appear slighting different.
