I MADE FUFU!
My Nigerian husband was so, so proud of my quick progress. I'm already a great cook, if I can say so myself. It was as simple as making mashed potatoes from the box and that's not cooking. But, fufu must be on low heat as you mix it, until it is kneadable. I took it off the heat and kneaded it more. I just hate that it contains potato flakes?!! I just wish I bought it from Lagos, but glad Amazon carried it from a great African grocery store. I wanted to add my own seasoning to it, but it wouldn't be authentic. Fufu is good
I tried to send back the sealed never opened package that was just delivered, but unable to. I found out it is sold for $4.36 at the grocery store near me. What a rip off. Ugh.

Not worth it
I purchased this a few other things. The first box can little ruff but the envelope did get punctured. One I received yesterday envelop is out of the box punctured. I’m advised no returns.?packing should be in a box not a plastic bag.
