Even people who don't immediately understand them eventually love them
Have "distributed" many of these. Kids love them, most adults find them amusing. Some adults, however, need a bit of extra encouragement to "try and and see". In one case, one person looked at it and said "what is this?" with a mixed confused and somewhat disinterested look. 1 minute later - said "skeptic" rushed up and said "LOOK AT THIS!" with a big smile on their face. Two doctors had to be "convinced", multiple times, that they weren't just some kind of "desk ornament". After actually opening up and trying them, they now smile at me when I ask them how their "Shashibo's" are doing.I another "case", someone took one of these to school and a thrilled audience apparently asked them if they were selling them.Personally, I find the "Grumblies Scorch with Light Up Eyes" toys more "exciting and outrageous" but they are a more difficult "sell" to some adults. The Shashibo is more of an "enthousiasitc mind bender" that can be challenging but not beyond most people's capabilities of understanding and enjoying.

My 12 year old nephew loved this.
I bought this for my 12 year old nephew as something fun he can play with on the bus, while waiting waiting somewhere, etc. I was surprised by how much he liked it. This young man has every imaginable electronic toy/game/piece/item possible, and he spent a solid 45 minutes playing with this after opening it at our family Christmas. He had no idea who the grateful dead was, and I must admit, I didn't realize it had a grateful dead theme when I purchased it. He loved the 'cool bears' and thought it looked awesome and was super surprised when I told him there was a band in the late 70's called 'Grateful Dead'. We pulled up 'Touch of Grey' and had a fun conversation. A nice bonding moment for us (although I've never been a true GD fan, it was fun to show him a video that was closer to my time).Great gift. I think many teenagers would like to have this to play with, especially if they spend a lot of time 'waiting' on buses, sporting events, sibling events, etc. and their parents don't let them bring the expensive stuff with them.

Shape Shifting Fun!
This toy is an absolute delight for children of all ages. From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The toy is made from durable materials that can withstand rough play, ensuring it will last for a long time. Its vibrant colors and engaging design immediately captured the attention of my child. Not only is it visually appealing, but it also offers a range of interactive features that promote imaginative play. The toy encourages creativity by allowing children to build, construct, and explore different possibilities. The toy's versatility and adaptability make it suitable for both independent play and interactive play with friends or siblings. Overall, this toy has exceeded my expectations and provides endless hours of entertainment and educational value.

Great fidget toy
My son received one of these as a gift and we all loved them so much we now have 4! They are so fun to play with and our kids love that each come with their own color and designs. Our youngest is 6 years old and loves playing with these but so do my husband and I as well. They are great for anyone!

Perfect gift for my 11 year old grandson
It's always hard to choose gifts for growing boys, but I got lucky with this and hit the target range. I like it too, but I had to watch a video to get started using it. The Shashibo box puzzle is very fun to fidget with once you get the hang of how to "unpack" the clever puzzle. The way the pieces pivot around and kind of "snap" into place once you catch on is calming and absorbing. Now, I should warn you, if you have absolutely no patience, or a short attention span, this puzzle might not be for you, and younger kids might mangle the thing before they figure out how to work it.But if you take a few minutes to explore the learning curve, you will (probably) be having hours of fun. I did, and my grandson likes playing with three of them together. Clever kid!
