I got a new pair of Doc Martens that I wore for an hour and got blisters and was limping so badly. So I went on Amazon to look for cushioned socks and came across these silicone heel protectors and thought to try them out. I wore my Docs for TEN HOURS without even the tiniest bit of pain. I also gave the second pair to my friend who just got her first ever pair of Doc Martens and was able to wear them out for a night without any pain. I seriously recommend these for Doc wearers.. absolutely life changing!

I feel my foot slipping around in them if I walk around, especially on carpet where I almost slipped into a sprained ankle. The packaging instructions say to wear inside socks but I only own winter socks so I go barefoot.Haven’t noticed improvement in heel calluses.

I bought these to wear while I break in new boots. I have small ankles and prone to getting blisters. The back my ankles/heels are heavily scared from constant blisters. These worked great so far and I’ve had no blisters. I’ve worn these once on their own with socks with a pair of boots I wasn’t sure about blistering. They worked great and I came out unscathed. I wore them a second time with boots I’ve blistered in before but have been reluctant to wear/break in because of blistering. I took extra precautions when putting these boots on by teaming this with some mole skin and self adhesive gauze to hold it in place (I knew id be walking around a lot) and some nice socks. Everything worked well until I took these off.The self adhesive gauze stuck to the silicone leaving it with a sticky residue. This then prompted a cleaning session as I didn’t want them to get ruined. I want to preface by saying if you wear them alone with socks I’m sure the cleaning won’t be as painstaking as mine was.At first I tried good old fashion soap and water to clean them, but it didn’t get the sticky residue off. So next I had the idea of using some old face washes (one oil and one foaming) to see if that would do the trick. I was worried the oil cleanser would eat away at the silicone so I made sure to use an excess of the foaming cleanser and some regular soap and water to ensure it was completely off. While this trick did work, it took about 3-4 scrubs to get everything off.I air dried them for a day and returned to find the silicone still sticking to itself (not as badly as before) and used some baby powder to coat both inside and outside of each one and they were as good as new.If you were to wash with soap and water, I’d definitely have baby powder or some type of body powder on standby to coat them with, since they’re sure to stick together without it no matter what.

Quality is awesome! Helped with pain relief for wearing my new Doc Martens.

Doesn’t stick well to inside fabric of the shoes like cotton canvas. Within 2-3 wears, came off. The material of this item uses fabric that is too slippery. With socks on, my daughter started to complain it was causing her ankle to actually slip out of her shoes. Kids like to run so this material is not ideal for this type of product.

Zero blisters when using these. They feel a little odd at first, but you get used to it.

Bad or no information given on sizing of these. Customer reviews and the "size chart" made these seem like they were made for children's feet, so I got a medium, which is pretty loose on my women's size 6.5 US feet. I may try a small or another brand who can say what shoe size their silicone heel pad is for. I don't know why that simple information isn't given. Kind of rude. I got them to protect my feet from blistering while I break in a pair of Doc Marten's but I think when the rubbing starts, the silicone will roll since they're so loose. These are NOT sized for children's feet, despite what the very unhelpful size chart may advertise. I think I will give these mediums to a friend for use on her cracked heels. She has bigger feet than I do, and they seem like they would work for that.
