Wing fell off
In the world of cutie cuffs these are super cute!! And we’ll loved by our granddaughters. But Twilight Sparkle lost a wing straight out of the box. She’s sitting on my desk awaiting repair.

Ripped wing was rubber banded on. Not okay.
The media could not be loaded. Quality wasn't great. Main issue was Twilght had a rubber band wrapped around her middle. When I took the rubber band off I realized it was placed there to hold her wing on. One wing was completely off, the other hanging by a literal thread. And there was a hole in the plush.

4 year old loves them!
Two of mine are broken and the arms don’t straighten out but my 4 year old loves them! They are actually super cute!
