Perfect for anyone like me with sinus/allergy plus acid reflux issues. This was the 3rd pillow purchased within a week and actually slept better the first night! I tried a faux feather pillow, a wedge-like pillow and was about to buy my pillow when I saw this... After removing it from the wrapping, I put it on the bed and it expanded on its own without any smells or other issues. Love the king-size! Most speciality pillows are standard or $$$ for larger sizes. I mostly sleep on my back but can roll on my side without any neck issues! Before this pillow, I was up most of the night trying to adjust pillows, adding another pillow on top of another... it was awful! And always ended up feeling pain in my neck and shoulders. The first night I used it was the first time in I don't remember how long that I fell asleep without a lot of tossing/turning and eventually getting up with less than 4-hours sleep - it's awesome!

I have used this pillow for about 6 weeks now and I am very pleased. I had used another contour pillow for years because of neck issues. That pillow was standard size and was too small for a new king size bed. So, after searching for and even trying other types of pillows, I found this one.I thought it was too tall but it works good for my situation. I use the lower side for under my neck. Another plus is that the flat bottom causes the pillow to stay in one place all night. I didn't notice any odor, but I did open it up and leave it out for 24 hours before trying it. The only fault I see is that it maybe a couple of inches too long but it still fits in a king size pillow case.

This pillow shipped fast and aired up nicely. I was really hoping it was going to work for me. I have neck and shoulder pain due to whiplash I got in a car accident may 2016. I read all the good reviews on here and was really excited to finally have some relief. However, my neck pain is worse. These pillows are very hard and don't conform to the curvature of your neck/head. If you don't fit its dimensions on either side, you won't get the correct support you need and your neck muscles will remain tense all night, causing more pain in the morning. Which in my luck, leads to migraines. I've given it about 1.5 weeks or so and it's just not working out at all. Conveniently enough, I do not have a vacuum packing ability in order to return it. I do not recommend this pillow. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the shipping and visual quality. My husband uses his and it helps his snoring. But he doesn't have neck issues so he isn't phased by it otherwise.

I've realized that I really like this pillow. At first I didn't think I was going to like it do to the fact that it felt like it was "cradling" my head and slightly pulling it upwards do to the concave shaped design. After the first week I realized I slept more soundly and night and didn't toss n turn. Usually woke up in the same spot I fell asleep. I also don't wake up with the neck pain like I did before this pillow. I was rear ended by a drunk driver doing 40+ mph while I was stopped at a light looking back talking to my kids and it did a number on my neck and back. This pillow has Greatly helped with my neck.

I like the fact that the pillow is really a king size in width and length. However, the pillow should also be made available in a smaller height. The contours (tallest part) of this pillow measure 4 1/4" and 5.0". I've tried sleeping on the side and on the back for several nights to give it a real test, using all parts of the pillow. For me, (I'm 5'6'') it's just too high and ended up straining the neck and resulting in some bad headaches the next morning. I've even tried it without the cloth zip-up pillow cover to see if that would make a difference in height. Unfortunately it did not. If this same pillow was offered in a shorter contour height (say for example 2.5" and 3.5"), I'd definitely give it another try. It does have potential - the material is good and can be comfortable. But the sizing needs to be adjusted. If you're 6' or over, this would probably work very well for you.

It's going to take some time to get used to. The pillows are really firm so if you're used to a softer pillow it might be a challenge. It has two heights for the sides of the pillow. One is higher than the other so you can base it on your best comfort. For me it just felt like I was going to the dentist and laying back. I tried it for about 3 weeks so far and think I like a regular pillow better.

my old memory foam contour pillow wore out.....however it was perfect height..it had a higher side and a lower side...which I now see was a very smart idea. This pillow was not made that way. I ordered the king size so I would have one long pillow when I rolled back and forth in my queen bed. It would have worked but it was just to high....my old pillow had one side with a higher "rolled" contour....and the other side a lower one....this pillow had two almost exactly the same size rolled sides, both of which ended up giving me a stiff neck when I woke up. when I told my chiropractor he said it was to high for me. So I returned it. Otherwise it was a very nice pillow and the memory foam was of good quality,.

I like this pillow because it is big and I can roller over it, it doesn't smell like other memory foam pillows, the bambu cover is very soft, but it is firm and in my opinion the contour is smaller that other pillow, so far it a good for me.
