The product is nice but the mobile always changing its position and I can't fully tite the holder and the price is also high and not as per the price but the belt is nice the quality of the belt is also nice.....

I bought this product and get it by 3rd August. I had Kashmir tour.. it seems okay, so I was really happy. Then when I went to Kashmir trek, and tried to use it there, the screw was not working. Can you believe this? I tried to use tissue paper to tight the screw. Bind it with rope, no use.. the camera was tilted down. My trip was wasted, couldn't video properly.Then I returned back on 18th August. I contacted the seller for return and refund because it is useless now. The assured that they will send me a screw because refund not possible. I asked them, if the new screw doesn't fit, can you replace? They said YES.. I send them my address as the asked. I waited for a whole month, no screw received. When I again asked them to refund, because it is not acceptable, they said they already send me the screw. I was speechless, because they were accusing me as a LIAR.... till date, didn't receive anything.
