Pretty much the worst chair I have had in an office environment ever. Whoever designed that must have looked at average Asian women - the stereotype that is 1.5 meters high. I am 1.78. Which, is not particularly high. I do fit into the chair, but the "high" back ends in the upper half of my back. The neck-support - in the highest position - is nicely between my shoulders, WAY below my neck. The arm rests are very flimsy, moving with what seems to be no force. Leaning back - the backrest deforms pretty much immediately. The material the chair is made out of is just not able to handle an average weight and size human male.I can literally not recommend that to anyone who is higher than 1.5 meters and expects an office chair - i.e. a chair used in an office by people that use it for 5x8 hours a week more or less - i.e. regular in working weeks. In the EU I would likely be sued by workers as this is NOT fit for regular use.

Product was received with damage to one of the part. It has a dent on the main stand.Product is DIY. The fixing took almost 2 hours for a non-experienced person like after reviewing the product assembly video on YouTube. Again the video link was not exactly about the product that was received by me. Number of long and short screws didn't matched with the provided instruction. Hole alignment was not proper for couple of fixtures that led to imperfect fittings. The back rest is especially not as-expected resulting in not-so-comfortable sitting and relaxing experience.Some of the parts are not sturdy enough and I have concerns that there will be quick wear and tear as I use the product.Suggestion is for the delivery to be the complete product or option to be provided for fitting post delivery.

For the price it's alright but if it was more expensive it would be trash as the build quality is very poor.Whenever you sit on it or move it around it makes popping sounds as if something snapped or broke and in general doesn't seem like it could last very long.

About the product, material quality below expectation. However, overall is Good Executive chair.Easy to assemble, comfortable seat and back rest. For the price of around AED 300, its worth.

Nice design, Very low quality, not matching holes to screw parts together. Had to return it

Assembly is ok but quality is not high.

Product looks usee, shipping box is damaged, very low quality wilding and material (look like its glued together by a kid)

Not very easy to self assembly, some holes are not aligned and the frames are not properly curved to support the bottom seat.
