My husband and I ordered these to see if we would like them more than Liquid IV. They have less sugar and more vitamins than Liquid IV. I loved the lemon lime flavor but did not like the overall saltiness or heavy price tag. I don't know that they were worth it compared to a usual hydrator.

I was worried the flavor would be too much but it really was good. I’ve used it for hangover and really noticed a difference quickly. Husband used for migraine/dehydration and he said it helped him also. Wish it was a little cheaper. But at least it works.

Best product out there! Drank one back before we went out for a heavy night and one when we got back before bed and woke up with virtually no hangover and ready to go for the day. Did this 3 days straight in Nashville TN and they really work

This is the second hangover drink mix I’ve tried and probably the one I’ve found works best. Be prepared that it isn’t your typical sweet powder, as mentioned before it does have a slightly salty initial taste, followed by flavor. Also, just a warning that if you have a sensitive stomach the Ginger Lemon flavor may not be for you. I highly recommend the Strawberry lemonade - same hangover relief without the cramping (I experienced). As a bonus the customer service dept. is amazing! This product is formulated to be taken in the morning but I would love to see a before bed mix, that way I can wake up feeling hydrated.

I think this is a good product to have on hand for rescue electrolyte hydration from illness or obviously hangover but I did not realize how high in sodium it is. If I had known I probably would not have bought it so just mentioning for anyone else out there who watches their salt intake.

So much better than any other similar products on the market. Don’t know what I would do without this and have gotten my whole family hooked!

I’ve tried so many different hangover remedies and this is the only product that I’ve actually noticed a difference after drinking. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle you’ll still be hungover but I’ve noticed a lot more of an effect than liquid IV

I have had these in the past and they work great and I feel like they make a difference especially when I take them before I go to bed after drinking. However I find the honey ginger flavor is very ginger forward. I like the strawberry lemonade flavor much better.
