has a good ratio of raisins and dried peels to bread. as is tastes good, if the cake had rum flavoring it would be awesome..

Stollen as a Christmas delight
Ordering a German Stollen for Christmas has been a tradition for us since years. The Stollen is delicious! It can be easily cut in slices and stored for weeks in the refrigerator and keep its flavor and freshness. We have given it as a Christmas present to friends and they were delighted.

Hard as a rock.
I believe I’ve bought this brand before locally, (I could be mistaken) but this one was really not edible. Very hard spots. I wish I had inspected the plastic wrapping upon arrival, as it seemed like maybe it had been exposed to air for a period of time.
