Exacto Knife, 1 Pack Craft Knife with Extra 10 Pcs High Carbon Steel Blades, Sharp Hobby Knives for Crafting, Precision, Exacting for Home and Studio Use

I bought this for my son to use in his college art class. He complained about stabbing himself when reaching into the large portfolio carrier he keeps his art supplies in. This knife though inexpensive, solved that problem easily and it functions quite well according to him. I'm even thinking about buying one for myself to use with in my hobby of model building.

Works great. Nothing special.

It's a little difficult to get the blade to extend and retract, but once you can get it snapped into place it's a good little tool. The grip is comfortable to hold and blade has stayed in place for me so far. I love the lime green color too.

I love the retractable blade it is fantastic for me. I am a person who get cut while using these blades but not with this one.

I lost my other hobby knife and picked this one up on a sale to replace the one I lost. The handle feels a little cheapy/lightweight but the actual ergonomics was very comfortable for holding. The slide for the knife is ingenious, I like it versus a separate cap I have to keep track of like on my other one. I have yet to replace the blade so I'll probably amend this review once I experience it but as far as I can see, it seems pretty typical for this type of knife and I couldn't have to mess with the spring slide or anything too complex, but I'll find out when the time comes. In the meantime, very handy and very inexpensive.

I love the retractable blade. It makes it so easy to use. I was always worried about unprotected blades or trying to put the cover on the blade without getting cut. It's travels to class in my craft tools with out worrying about the cover slipping off during transit.

It does what it’s supposed to do, but I find it difficult to make adjustments. The blade also likes to slip out sometimes. I can’t really complain at this price point, though.
