Spendy but worth it -- it makes life without garlic and onions SO much more flavorful!

This garlic chives powder has revived my taste buds that were slowly being deprived by the combination of FOD-MAP diet and Acid reflux restrictions. It saved my popcorn!!!

I love it. I miss garlic but it works.

My family is doing a low fodmap diet. We love garlic and were hopeful this would allow us to enjoy the flavor of garlic. Unfortunately I found the flavor almost not there. We tried the blooming method as suggested withno improvement. Also this will add a hint of green to your food! Green quinoa and chickken anyone? Green tomato pasta sauce? Very expensive for very little flavor.

I bought three products from Gourmend, garlic scape powder, garlic chive powder, and green onion powder. I’m sure they work fine as they are intended bc they are a Monash approved product. These items are extremely pricey, I understand it’s a small company but for such a high price, they should prioritize quality of packaging. None of my powders were properly sealed. Either seal under the cap or use an airtight lid. The plastic wrap over their metal cap did not do anything. Powder was all over the product.

This stuff is amazing. It's so hard to replace garlic, for those with garlic sensitivities. But it tastes great, one of the two best garlic substitutes I've found (along with garlic-infused olive oil, which can't be used for everything). Tastes good, lasts a long time, a large quantity that will last. So excited to discover this. Highly recommended for anyone on a low FODMAP or no garlic diet.

Excepting the price, this has really helped me season all my foods without using garlic and onions. Have been using this and green onions to flavor many of my foods. I love garlic and was wondering how I would ever flavor all my favorite foods since realizing how much it was affecting my IBS symptoms. I kept blaming it on other things and turns out it was mostly the fodmaps. I have not been able to go back to eating these foods and it has been a few months, so this seasoning has been a lifesaver.

This is an expensive bottle of garbage. It doesn't taste like much if anything and clearly is not honest about not it causing stomach upset. My stomach immediately got upset. Waste of money and should be returnable. To expensive to not be returnable.
