All well, no complaint with the product!I enjoy the Microsoft Surface range!Upon purchase I was not offered the "Microsoft Complete Protection Plan" despite being directed to Amazon from the Microsoft website.How can I avail of the extended warranty / accident cover?

Excellent Laptop

I'm using the surface laptop studio for my daily work. This device is not even close to worth the price.Cons: 1. 11th Gen Intel chips are basically power-hungry and they are terrible heat management. The device cooling system does a good job of dealing with that heat. But it will end up with high fan speeds + low battery performance.2. Windows 11 is a half-finished OS everywhere full of inconsistency.3. Touch screen is basically useless. You cannot use this device as a tablet because it is too heavy and bulky. The pen is relatively useful.4. Cannot believe 2022 and in this price range, there are still hardware issues. Check Reddit for common problems, the device randomly stops charging. You have to finish all the batteries and they will start to charge again. No proper solution.5. Mediocre screen resolution due to touch screen. Mediocre sound.6. Touchpad is good to compare to other windows devices, but it is not even close to Mac touchpad accuracy. You cannot design, or create content without a mouse.7. Call center, help center in UAE worst.I wouldn't suggest this device for professional use. Just go for a mac.edit:-this device is literally a waste of money. within 1 year all the rubber feets started to fall off and guess what no replacement part for it.Amazon's service is amazing they helped me to solve all of my problems.

no doubts its good to have it for the heavy loads

When I do for maintenance every time it will open an diagnostic page, and it will be there for a day but nothing will happen. Same problem, when I return the product I get an other old product in return. The service is very annoying, the laptop condition is pathetic, it's get sleep, shutdown without any input.

fo sorry , battery is very bad and stay less than 4 hours Max not like mentioned upto 11hours. And became very hot quickly

I’ve had many laptops over the past 2 decades. This has to be one of the best i had. I have the original pro and now bought this latest generation for a family member. The boot time is as always fast. A very good and reliable Windows PC.

I snagged this on sale as a refurbished system, best money I spent on a portable and versatile laptop! I don't have the gaming system, with the built in RTX video card, so do not expect high gaming on this. However, overall this is a snappy system and can get your everyday tasks completed without issues.

great being able to go back and forth from my pc to this one one drive, since i have a wacom, i couldnt do that with the ipadI only use fully open flat on a desk or normal laptop mode lying down, the in between modes just make the screen feel flimsy and vulnerable

I`m an animator and illustrator. I was looking for a laptop for work, something similar to Apple laptops, capable of working with graphics, After Effects, and Photoshop. This laptop is great for this. I use Laptop Studio for about 3 months.ProsThe screen is clear and bright, touch works well. I choose this laptop instead of a Macbook because of the touchscreen and because it`s convenient to draw and design things on the go. It`s like you have an Ipad, but you can work with heavy programs like Premiere or Photoshop in a coffee shop or somewhere else. I like this because It`s hard to bring my Wacom anywhere I want. By the way, the laptop works fine with the Wacom tablet.I love the design, it`s simple and looks just great. The build quality is good, you can easily open the laptop with one hand. The screen can bend back and forth when you want to write some notes or work with graphics. This laptop is loud enough, I never turn up the volume more than 30 %. Touchpad is good, you can feel a little of a haptic response. The pen is very responsive, I don`t have any problems with this. But you need to buy this separately if you want to take notes and draw like I do.Gaming experienceThis laptop is powerful enough for me. I wish I have 32 GB instead of 16 though, because I work with animation. Plus, sometimes I love to play video games, like Witcher 3, so I wanted to have some extra power for this. Games work fine on this laptop (30+ fps).ConsWhat I didn`t like is a buttery life. When I don`t use any heavy programs the battery life is 6-8 hours, but it is reduced to 3-4 when I run Photoshop or After Effects.Microsoft has terrible customer support. I wanted to manage my Game Pass subscription but I didn`t get any response yet.Overall, it`s a long-lasting powerful laptop for work, especially for artists and motion designers. The design and built quality are great. Touchscreen is an amazing feature if you want to take notes or draw on this device. The battery life could be better.
