Great product
This helped with potty training so much! It was great having a product to remind my toddler when to try and use the potty. Durale, comfortable and easy to use

Easy to use and good customer service
We got the watch for my son to have on Easter. Unfortunately it only worked for one day even after charging. So I reached out to customer service and explain what happened and they sent a new one which works perfectly. It is easy to use and he loves the songs that play. It's easy for me as the parent as well so I don't have to keep setting a timer or forgetting that I didn't set one at all. You can choose the time periods and 45 minutes works best for us.

Not the greatest
Not the best potty watch on the market.Summary: Too easy to deprogram, Should display time not countdown, band material breaking down, and needing to reprogram it every time it dies.---While I felt it was fairly straight forward to program, it only has 1 button and it's easy for the kid to accidently un-program it through normal wear. (not even counting curious kids who like to mess with things) I'm having to constantly check it throughout the day to make sure the timer is still running.Personal complaint, when you wake up the watch, it doesn't default to showing the time, it shows the count down to the next potty. I guess this is useful, but I'd like an option to pick which one displays. Time makes more sense. (It might just be me since my kid is a late potty trainer and we're also working on reading/understanding time)Big issue, if the watch battery dies, it's easy to charge, but you have to set the time again. Very inconvenient. Especially since I've seen a lot of reviews mentioning that it's not easy to program.Lastly, we've had this for a few weeks now, daily wear, and the watch is getting harder and harder to get on. The material seems to be breaking down or getting a bit gummy. I would expect that after a year or so (even my silicone Fitbit bands do that after a long time) but this is way too quick. It makes getting the watch on very difficult, especially since my kid just wants to get his watch on and run off again. It DID help my son potty train, but I wouldn't even give this as a free hand-me-down to a friend. Just not a great product.I would not buy this again and have actually purchased a different potty watch for my kid.
