This is my favorite hat. I have a big head and I wear big hair! I don't have a problem fitting this hat. Plus it is jazzy and stylish. Word of advice: don't put it in the washing machine because it will shrink and never be the same. I had to purchase a new one because I did that.

I liked the hat it doesn't fit; but need a smaller size

I've finally found a hat that fits over my hairstyles & even wigs....awesome! It's also very stylish, I received LOTS of compliments.Regarding the size, although it says it goes up to 2XL....I believe this is just a LARGE-XL.Per I have an average sized head, not big at all, I just needed a hat to properly fit when I have my hair out, & it does fit comfortably, but it didn't have so much extra room that I'd consider it a 2Xl.FYI: The inside of the hat was around 23in, & with the elastic in the back, stretched to maybe about 25in, so a nice roomy fit.
