Substandard manufacturing and packaging
We purchased four chairs. The problems we has were as follows:1. The bolts are placed in plastic bags which are stapled under the seat. The bags tore from the seat, one came completely apart. On that chair, the bolts came loose, moved around and damaged on of the legs, denting it and stripping off the paint. The bags need to be fabric, not plastic, and need to be secured better.2. The boxes were not taped well. The box burst at one side because the tape was put on perpendicular to the seam instead of sealing the seam. Just dumb.3. The bolts on one chair back were drilled at an angle such that it was almost impossible to get the seat to attach and level the seat. After a lot of tweaking, I got it close enough but it isn't quite right.4. The vinyl attached (faux leather) along the back of the chair on one is uneven with a out 1/4" plus more vinyl on one leg than another.5. The Velcro used to seal up the bottom (where the bolts go) is not sewn on properly. On all four of the bottoms, the velcro stitching gave out. We has to glue them back since we don't have a commercial sewing machine.Overall, the seats are nice and comfortable. The quality control is very poor. Good product for the price but don't be surprised if you have problems. I over came some of my issues as follows:1. I found it easier to screw the bolts without the washers into the back of the seat before lining up the bottom of the seat. That not only gave me a target but helped me to see where I would have alignment issues. Many of the alignment issues were overcome just by screwing in the bolts part way. Once the back was on, starting with the center, I would unscrew them one at a time, put the washer on, then screw them in 3/4 of the way until all five nuts and washers were on. This made putting the seat on the back much easier.2. As for the legs. I put them on first and tightened. Once complete, has wife sit on the chair and tell me if it rocked. If it did, I loosened the one at the front on the corner that rocked. I pulled it out as far as it would go and retightened it. I then loosened up the other front leg, had the wife sit on the chair and adjusted it till it stopped rocking then tightened. We had two that needed to be adjusted.3. As for the velcro issue with the seat base, we used fabric adhesive and that worked well to fix that issue.

Great chairs well worth the price
Really, at the price, I didn't expect a whole lot out of these chairs. I only ordered 1 set of 2 to try them out. After careful assembly, I can say they are well worth the money. Of course you aren't getting craftsmen level stuff here at this price, but I'd expect these to be at least 2-3 times the price at a furniture store. My suggestion on assembly, take your time. Make sure you use the correct length bolts, there are 2 lengths. Do not tighten down any bolts until are all are in and snug (not wobbling), then stand up the chair to make sure it all sits level and the feet are level, then while it is standing up, carefully tighten each bolt. Keep in mind, this is thin wood you are tightening, not bolts on a big rig, they don't have to be that tight.UPDATE: After a first successful set of chairs, i ordered 3 more sets. I notice that materials, colors, build style, and quality differ greatly with these chairs. I guess that's what you get for the price. Out of these 6, I ended up getting 2 chairs that were good, 2 chairs that were not good, and 2 that were unusable. The 2 that were not good required me to add some wood shims to hold the front legs in place properly. Without these shims, the legs would sit crooked and the bolts would not fit sometimes. The 2 unusable chairs were returned for another set to try. This set was the best of the lot, really well built, and nice tight fit to everything. Hopefully this signifies the future quality of these chairs. Some of the differences I noticed were:-Sheen of the material, some were shiny some were more matte-Wrinkles in material, some have more than others-Woods used in frame were different and some were poorly fit and assembledI still would not hesitate to buy these chairs, at the price they are great. Just don't set your expectations for perfection!

Do You Have Woodworking Tools?
The instructions say "firm pressure needed to insert legs into corner location. That part is true, but the person who cut the corner opening at the factory never took the time to measure his/her work. The corner opening is too small for the leg to slide in...or eve to be forced in. I'm still working to trim the leg (on one corner) to get it to because the sides of the chair are too long which made the corner area too small for the leg to go in. These chairs just arrived this afternoon at 6pm and I'm two hours trying to assemble the second of four. Wish me luck...send me patience and think twice before buying this product.

My chairs are 6 years old now.
Love the color (blue), price and assembly was ok. Had to order 3sets to get 4 chairs that were perfect. They are 6 years old now. They have held up well. Two chairs are starting to peel - that is the vinyl is cracking and the blue is "chipping" off. trying to decide whether to order again to replace the two.

Quality
I did not like the quality of the product and the fishing was very poor. The material also seems to be of a very low quality and the legs had scratches so no a good product. I only took one chair out of the box and that was enough to realize that I needed to return it.thanksO

Great price on pretty nice chairs.
I was expecting some issues when I ordered 12 chairs (6 sets) due to price. I was only hoping I wouldn't have to send more than 2 back.Turns out they went together fairly easily and the wobble was fairly straightforward to correct (troubleshooting guide included in package, bolt tightening pattern also has a pretty major impact on the wobble).Problems: One had a split in one of the back legs (glued), one had a tiny bit of finish missing (hidden with marker), and one of the inserts on one leg was broken, missing or installed improperly (threads too deep for supplied bolt, longer bolt solved problem M8 1.25 70mm). Some washers were missing, but easily replaced.Recommendation for manufacturer: slightly heavier duty bags for hardware to prevent loss of items during shipping. I know these are inexpensive because the quality control is not there, but that would be a nice add for customers.
