Growing great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like this one because it is in the deep petri dish and have roots established. I have purchased cuttings that have not produced any growth when planted. These have all grown really well and I think the main reason for that is that they had established roots that could immediately pull nutrients.

Not as advertised
Update: this was added to Fluval substrate and was used in other locations and this batch was the ONLY batch that got Millipedes. This was not as advertised for sure. The plants came in a tiny clump not even remotely close to a full cup and just thrown into a larger box. The hair looked pretty dead and was covered in jell but it made it a clump of mess with no root or stems. Here is a Pic of the clump and it is a far difference from the sales pics. I have small hands as well.

Good Value, lots of care?
When this arrived, it was beautiful and vibrant green (as advertised in the pic). It was easy to place in the substrate of my 100 gallon pond, had no snails or bugs with it, and was a good value. However, I'm hoping that the issues were on my end, because it could not grow (even when following directions, looking up plant care online, and changing out the water, adding/reducing light, and daily water tests). I'm setting up a newer 100 gallon pond and will be buying these again, crossing my fingers that possibly the fish (guppies and female bettas) were messing with it and stunting its growth to the point it withered and died. Will update this review upon getting another one.

So they're not all bad. But
So.. Maybe I misread something, but I thought this was grown from tissue cultures. Because of that, I was a bit less thorough in my cleaning process before planting. Within a few days, baby snails were spotted. They have since grown and I am battling to keep their numbers in check. This is the only plant...or anything.. I've added in a very long time. So there is no other explanation for the introduction of pond snails to my tank. However, it is partially my fault for not being as thorough. Also...they have really cleaned up plant debris quickly. So they're not all bad. But....I have a war on my hands because I do not want them in a betta tank because bettas like to sleep on the bottom of the tank and I. The plants. Makes me worry.Aside from the snails, the plant arrived healthy and as described. The normal death occurred shortly after planting but there is new growth going on now.

Good
It’s a great plant, very delicate and sensitive to keep.I’d say that it’s recommended forA high tech tank with co2, nice flow and also powerful light.

Money grab.
All the plants died within a week of purchasing. The company told me that I'm going to be reported for fraud because I don't have any plants to return. I went outside of Amazon to a website called Father Fish and got 18 plants for the same price. Even worse it says in their policy that they're going to charge me up to 20% for a restocking fee when I do return the dead crumbs that I gathered from the filter. Seems like a money grab to me.
