So I got this wand for a Hufflepuff costume. Yes I know Hermione is not Hufflepuff. I just needed a wand and didn't care who's it was. Plus her's is so pretty. This wand looked the best for the best price. Now I was taking a bit of a risk because only one person had reviewed it, but I was just f*** it lets see where it goes.I was actually very pleasantly surprised when I got it. It is nice and heavy feeling. The detail on the wand is very crisp and doesnt look cheap. Its about as long as my forearm. Looking at the end of the wand it looks like it might have metal rod inside for added strength (can't be 100 on that though. Jist a speculation). The one and only complaint I have about this is how it was shipped. It was just shipped in a big box. No bubble wrap or foam. The wand box a came open during shipment and was laying loose. Luckily it did not break though. That is why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars.
