These aren't super high quality, but they're good and have served my purposes just fine. I use them for projects that I need to connect multiple wires to an enclosure, and I've used them for several projects. No failures! If your need is to have the connector plugged and unplugged multiple times a day, these may not hold up, but they make a good solid connection, they're easy to solder to and mount on the box, and the price is right. I think these are a good choice for most people, they are for me.

Using these on a midi clock project. They work great so far.

There was a cheaper, plastic socket available, but I decided to buy this 4-pack of metal sockets. The price is very reasonable. Construction is excellent, and the mounting holes on the sides will make this much easier to mount. I bought these to make a "Soarer converter" (to use my old keyboard with a modern computer). I'm happy with my purchase.

Cane on time, quality was a bit cheap but they fit my AT cable perfectly.

I used this 5 pin socket as a replacement for a amplifier footswitch connector, good quality, and held up well during soldering.

They work, but the pins are very loose. The solder tabs really need to be bent to get good sepao, but they are very fragile. Be careful.

I build a cable analyzer and tester using these and an Arduino. These were used for the 5-pin DIN part. I also bought 4-pin connectors from Amazon for the S-Video part.
