Exactly what it's supposed to be. Ends fit flush which is the important part, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do

Works out of the packet
It's a TOSlink cable, complete with protective caps for the fibre ends. Comes wound up in the packet so it keeps wanting to coil up but I guess it will straighten out over time.

Serve its purpose
though only thin PVC protection on its plastic fiber cable thus good for short distant only. Should never pull hard on the weakest part like cable & the joint with the connectors.
