Sound is ample!
Haven’t used it on my scooter but let me tell you, this is loud. Annoyingly loud. It’s going to get the job done. When it says it’s “piercing” , it truly means that. The controls are simple and the mechanism used to initiate the sound is able to be placed in a discreet area so that it doesn’t interfere with other controls. Sweet man.

Solid construction and really loud.
Like probably most urban riders, I have had too many close calls with oblivious people. The little bell I used to use went ignored by most. I have been knocked right off my bike. But this horn is so loud people don't ignore it--maybe they think it is a truck coming up behind them. Very well-made. It mounts securely and the little button allows use without moving my hand off the bar. Great product I wish I had years ago.

Can still be improved. But better than others.
Fantastic customer service. Loud and fairly strong. As mentioned in other reviews it's downfall is the battery cover screw and the fact that the super loud screach is confusing to pedestrian traffic and doesn't make them move over. Most people just freeze in the middle of the trail and look up to see what kind of bird is on crack.

Good, loud horn with only a few drawbacks
After dealing with several inattentive and distracted drivers nearly hitting me on my bike even though I wear bright colored clothing and lights on my bike and helmet, I really wanted something that would get jarring attention. This horn does the trick. I love that it has two settings, one which is a very loud and piecing siren sound, great for traffic, and a lower key sound for paths and trails to get attention of pedestrians without scaring them. The horn mounted easily with no issues. I originally mounted on the left handlebar, but had some convenience issues reaching around my bell. It was no issue remounting on the right handlebar where the activation button could be mounted closer to my grip. I only have a few small gripes. I wish it had a USB-C rechargeable battery so I could easily keep it charged link my headlight and tail light. Talking to a friend who recommended it though, he noted the batteries do not need replacing that often, so it should not be too much of a problem. I also would prefer the activation button and sound change button were a little better integrated. The wires plug in at an awkward position and are not very clean looking. The activation button can be mounted close to a grip but changing the sound is on the back of the horn and not on the activation button which is a little awkward. It would be better to have to activation buttons with different shapes for tactile control. Lastly, I wish there was some mounting adjustment for the angle of the horn. I had to mount the horn on a swept back portion of my handlebar so it does not point straight out. It would be nice if there was an adjustment on the mount to account for that, but in all fairness, I don't think it affects the operation or sound of the horn. Overall it is a good loud horn and it will serve me well.

Super loud bike horn!
You want people and cars to know you’re coming? This horn is LOUD. The volume on this thing is vey high. Could be annoying at times, but hey , but who cares , at least they will know you are coming and that they WILL move out of way. Can’t tell you much about battery life yet. Only had it for a few weeks now.

Loud? Yes. Effective? Not as much as I would have hoped.
It is as loud as they claim. It also doesn't really sound like a horn; it's a high-pitched two-toned oscillating sound or a low-pitched continuous tone. Neither one are recognized by pedestrians as being a warning signal. Also: the trigger button is small and it can take a few precious moments to find when you need to. Loud? Yes. Effective? Not as much as I would have hoped.

Best and loudest horn for cyclists
Every cyclist needs this horn!! Finally a horn that makes a horn sound that drivers in cars can actually hear. I’ve tried other horns and this is by far the loudest and most realistic. It sounds like the horn on a moped so this makes drivers understand there is an actual motorist nearby. I’m able to have both my gps and horn on the frame. This horn can save your life.

Not Weatherproof as claimed
The horn worked well while it worked. it was simple to install, simple to operate and loud enough for my purposes. That said while the product is advertised as WEATHERPROOF it really isn't. And they kind of tell you that, if you're willing to google IP44 which they do tell you the product is. the problem is that if you go look up what IP44 means nobody in their right mind would then call that "WEATHERPROOF" ... because unless you live in the Sahara, weatherproof probably means "you can ride your bike in a downpour and not expect you'll destroy your horn" Personally I find it unacceptable for a company to sell a product that is meant for a bicycle or motorcyle that cannot withstand a downpour or 10.

Really great horn! Genuinely loud. 2 modes. I would say this is a necessity for safety while cycling. Not too difficult to install. Recommended 👍🏻
