Firstly, can I just comment on these COMPLETE AND UTTER PANSIES complaining about the shaker “leaking.” As an avid bodybuilder, I have owned many USN shakers over the years and so have had lots of experience using them and I have had no such problems. The “tornado” shaker, in particular, is an excellent shaker!Now, can I just stress that, as with all shakers, the lid needs to be screwed on TIGHT! If the lid is screwed on TIGHT then it will not leak.Seriously, I cannot believe these ABSOLUTE SISSY BOYS who cannot even give the lid a DAMN GOOD SCREW. They must be the guys you see in the gym who have been training for around ten years and are still curling 5kg dumbbells; not even busting a sweat as they vacate the premises.The shakers can become stale after a while as the protein does seep into the plastic so I do recommend replacing every few months or so.USN is the number one bodybuilding brand - in my opinion - and I highly recommend the all-in-one USN muscle fuel ANABOLIC which is excellent for building MASS and has all the ingredients your body will need such as: protein, carbs, creatine, amino acids etc.

Bought this so I can take some powder with me to work. Saves smaller pots etc and for that purpose it does the job. As others have highlighted though, you have to be very careful to tighten the lid in the corrrect way otherwise you get sprayed with whatever you’re mixing. This is because it’s a hard plastic and the seal in the lid needs to be straight and located in the correct position. It’s such a faff compared to the softer plastic usn I’ve had for over 14 years without problem. With that in mind this is getting binned an I’ve ordered the other one.

This bottle is a hit and a miss, it does what you want it to do, it has a bottom compartment for any powders or nuts throughout the day and has an insert to break up any clumpy powders when shaking.Unfortunately this is a 3 star only due to a leakiness I found from the rim when tightening the top and also from the hole itself from shaking any protein powder.This is unfortunate as it is a great bottle for a great price BUT the leak in the bottle let's it down.

USN are normally good with their quality, bit this shaker leaked the first time I used it and again the next few times I used it, so I gave up! It looks nice, has the additional screw-on container at the bottom but was is the point if you are going to use it for protein shakes as it leaks and ends up all over the container as soon as you start shaking. Would only recommend this item, if you mix your protein shakes in a blender and then pour it into this shaker because it is not suitable for mixing and shaking your protein shake using only this container. Disappointing purchase.

Ignore the negative reviews, this is NOT designed to be a water bottle and should not be used as such. If you're after a water bottle, this isn't for you. If only people would read before they buy!This is a great protein shaker, as well as for for the likes of SlimFast. I would highly recommend it. It does leak but only with water and if you overfill it, which you're not supposed to do as mentioned above, this shaker is not designed for that.Otherwise, it's big in size and sturdy - I've dropped it a fair few times. You can also take the bottom blue part off of it, if you want. Most importantly, it does its job and for this price, you can't go wrong.
