Big improvement over older version!
So much easier to attach. It does not put strain on the helmet when attached as did the older version, making it easier to use for racer and more comfortable.

It works: kid tested, parents approved.
Bought it for a younger racer. Price is decent. Not overly heavy to cause helmet slop, yet provides plenty of protection. Easy on and off. In typical POC fashion the instructions are vague (at best), but easy enough to figure out. Wish the friction disc's were labeled better.
