Love these locks, unfortunately have to return because they are not key alike. Called Proven Customer Service and Erica was amazing, helped us get the products we needed.

I saw this lock on YouTube and was redoing my garage. Installed it and very solid. I emailed proven to purchase extra keys and they were right on it for me.

I purchased this puck lock and hasp set over Masterlock primarily due to the hasp design with a side cut out to unlock rather than the bottom cut used on the Masterlock. After I installed the hasp on my shop door I put the lock on and found out the key fits very loosely into the barrel of the lock.Approximately a week later I came out to my shop and was not able to unlock the door. Thank goodness I have two roll ups in addition to the walk in so I was able to get inside and access my tools.I had to use a small hammer to tap my key fully into the lock in order to unlock it. It was summer time so this wasn't due to bad weather. I've had the same problem on two more occasions since then and have had to resort to the same solution each time.I never had any problems with my Masterlock; even after 2 years of daily use. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use that puck lock to replace the Proven lock unless I cut out the bottom of the hasp. So far the only thing that it has Proven is that I should have stuck with the Masterlock.

Item arrived exactly as described. Installed quickly on a set of thick barn doors using 3/8" carriage bolts purchased separately. Once you get used to the way the puck lock operates, I appreciated having the built-in steel mount to hold the lock temporarily while the doors are open and in use. Reattaching the puck lock is simple.One minor gripe with the non-symmetrical key design on the version I have is it's a little awkward in your fingers to spin clockwise and counter-clockwise while locking and unlocking. That said, I like the lock and steel brackets so far and let's hope they never get tested. I would buy it again.
