Works great aspecaly on sloped floors
I love them my Garage floor slopes keeps my weights from rolling around so I can do set after set without moving

they are excellent.
They certainly work as advertised. However, they were not quite as stiff as I anticipated, which means that if you plan to lift until you are hitting high numbers, just go head and buy the 500s. More expensive than a stall mat but if you find yourself pressed for room, they are excellent.

Five Stars
This works really well but I would pair it with a thick rubber mat. Works as advertised.

They don’t work
They didn’t work with heavier weights and you have to be careful the bar doesn’t roll back on you

These prevent proper dealifting
These are unsafe, as with their rounded interior shape if you set the weight down even half an inch in front or behind where you picked it up from, the bar will roll down into the lowest point. This is both horrible for repeated reps, as it breaks your bar path, but can also be dangerous as potentially heavy weights are moving around when you aren't ready for it to. This becomes even more dangerous and detrimental when you are at a public gym with octagonal weights, as the point will grab and cause worse rolling. These are also going to raise the bar off the ground, reducing the range of motion.
