Our Original Intention： In the past 9 years, AKASO achieved great success in action camera signory, our customers help us continue to grow and become stronger. During this time, we kept receiving letters from our customers telling us what kind of products they need. Last year, a customer left us an e-mail said that he is a hunting lover an he wants a hunting binoculars, but he was distressed that he can't find one meet his needs. He needs a night vision binoculars which animals can be clearly seen at night, and when a precious footage is captured, it can be recorded and shared to his friends. He asked if we produce such a night vision device. We deeply felt his troubles and decided to do something to help him. Based on our experience in the field of outdoor sports, we decided to develop a hunting observation gear that can meet all his needs and is more cost-effective than others', and launch the product to all our customers. This year, we succeeded. We sent a sample to our customer, after several times of use, he sent us an email told that his troubles gone! We have never felt so fulfilled until we do something which helped our supporter. Now, AKASO night vision binoculars officially launched. More functions, better quality, lower prices, this is what we can give back to all the consumers who supported us over the years. Hope all of you will like it!

Excellent Quality
Imaging is excellent, and the IR lamp is very bright. I can only get the lamp to 5 of 7 brightness because I use rechargeable batteries (lower voltage). I combined it with a high power IR flashlight, and get awesome performance. The only downside is the zoom is a digital zoom, and not optical, but still ok. I highly recommend this night vision goggle. Oh, and be aware, its a monocular, not binocular. There's only one lens, but I was aware of that when I bought it.

Not good for viewing small spaces
Almost unusable to see what's going on in my house or in my back yard at night. No way to zoom in to capture a smaller space. Also, this product cannot see through windows or the screen on my porch in infrared mode. Had it for a few hours and then returned it.

They are not a FLIR! but close!
O MY ! Love them! First thing, Please let your eyes adjust to the darkness or stay outside until dark to really appreciate them! Can’t believe what you can see in dark! These are not FLIR , but close. right at dusk you can see so much farther than you realize with out the infrared on light on! I can count the boards on my bridge at 300 ft in almost dark, you can’t see it with your eyes !!! Love them. A video would not do them justice!

Didnt work
Didnt do "night vision" when tested, not sure whats up with that. Also the sim card slot didnt have any connection, when I inserted the card it just went into the housing and bounced around when handled.

Better second time
updated review 05/09/22seller claimed i got a bad one and i agreed to give it another try. few things i found out. zoom resets with power off. its a long hold to zoom in/out. its a long hold on most buttons (i'm ok with that). the zoom is worthless in short distance, it doesn't do much under 20 ft.so to be fair, i took it to the field to give it a true test. zoom was much better outside at distance. clarity was acceptable. the fact i can broadcast to my phone made up for its short comings.overall i am quite pleased with the replacement, i would recommend, as such i am changing my review to 4 starsoriginal reviewUmm. I thought they were supposed to make things bigger. They didn’t. Complete and utter garbage. Returning
