Needed for a Red Velvet wedding cake
First food coloring I got from local grocery store. Made the cake for tasting and bride to be got sick. Figured it was from the red die. Went online found this. Needed more than the two ounce size for the wedding cake. Made another cake, everything the same except for the food color. This time it was perfect! No sick bride to be! Success. The color is amazing and less is required than the liquid bottle.
I've been told my red velvet cakes are the best but I can't speak on it personally because I don't eat it. My customers loves it
