The built-in legs are loose and won't stay open. As soon as you start to type or even touch the laptop, they close! That was the sole purpose I bought this case was. to be able to elevate my MacBook to make typing easier on a lap tray in bed or in a reclining chair. Since the foldable legs won't stay open, it makes this just another ordinary case for a laptop, of which I have a few.There is no easy fix to keep them open either.
