im not ready to take on ip man or bruce lee yet (dont even take the classes) but this wheel and a few youtube vids on how to use it have made a huge difference in my upperbody and arm strenth. you feel the burn right away ! i sit and watch tv while practicing with it, easy to do. get it for what it does for your strength even you dont plan to take up the art.harry

Feels very sturdy and though there’s a slight edge from buying used, it hasn’t bent on me yet 👍. Really great for stretching; can put your wrists through it while maintaining stances and hand position and can grab onto the sides and either squeeze or pull apart while doing trunk twists and various moves. And after practice for a while, try doing the moves without it to REALLY feel the muscle memory. Really really great stretch for the upper body and can fit angles through it for leg lifts/stretching. Super simple but really great

Ring is about 9" diameter and made of hollow stainless steel. It is not super-heavy; this is not for weight but for keeping your hands in the correct position. After using it for the first time I could really feel my shoulder muscles had gotten a work out. Great device for assisting in martial arts practice. It's not top quality but it's straight, welded fairly well and does what it's supposed to do, and is not very expensive.

Exactly what it says it is. Used for speed and skill training for wing Chun.I have read another review saying this is just as good as having a real wooden dummy... not true! I own both! That said to hone in skills and gain confidence I wish I had purchased this long ago to accompany my dummy! I use this daily and it has improved my speed and precision. If the dummy is your goal this is a perfect place to begin your journey!Plenty of YouTube videos to help learn faster. Their is a larger size out there ,fyi, but I'm a large 220 muscular man with a wide frame and this is what I use

so I got this to use for a purpose other than intended. it works really well as a suspension loop for shibari. its seamless, sturdy, almost completely smooth. was one small nick i had to smooth over to protect my rope but other than that if you're looking at this as a cheaper alternative to the expensive suspension loops and hard plates it absolutely works.
