Planetarium Projector

This light is really cool! I've used a few different brands of projector lights for my kids bedroom, they really like rotating star lights but the ones I've bought eventually die, the motor either craps out, connection breaks or the lights break (or my kids destroy those flimsy film dome covers they come with) so I was in the market for another one that might actually last longer. This one is so awesome, really. It has both the stars and the frosted dome if you want to cover them, plus the option to add the little projector films which the kids LOVE. It came with 6 of them, they all have their own individual plastic case which I find SO GREAT they won't get destroyed. Each night my kids ask for a different one and get super excited about choosing it. My girls are 4&5. It is super easy to swap them out, to adjust the sharpness, and you can change a few settings on the colors and intensity of the light. Also the angle can be moved around which is really nice since their bedside table is close to the wall. The instructions were pretty clear, also the packaging is nice, but I couldn't figure out you needed to long press the 3rd button for dimming until I watched the youtube video, but it does work once I figured that out. There's a timer that I haven't tried yet, and possibly a bluetooth function I haven't used either but I don't need those. So far this thing is the best light ever! I hope it lasts a long time, it feels like it will as if it's built pretty solid. Not flimsy like the other ones I've used, so I have high hopes it's going to be around for a while. Definitely recommend for space lovers - my kids love the labeled planet one - but the deer one is also great, they are all gender neutral to me as night sky and space themes.

This is a wonderful product and a nice company to deal with -- I had a question and they quickly responded.The lamp cover comes off-- just a slight turn to the left...and not the right. There are two small indents along the edge that you can grip and slightly turn and it comes right off. Also, if you are using the light for long periods it is suggested to use the timer so that the heat from the light does not ruin the image disks. The focus really makes the images show up very well. I love this product! I'm so glad that I bought it.

The various disc project different images and there is a way to focus the image depending on where you are projecting the image. It works best on a wall to see the image clearly. It isn’t very bright which means it works better as a night light in my opinion. I haven’t been able to use it while not plugged into the wall.

Updated: This is a great idea, loved it at first. But, after using it and leave it on for 10 hours a night for multiple days, the image gets burnt by the light then there is no image just a white blob on the ceiling. Went thru 2 images already after one month of purchase and can’t return since I’m two days past the return window. Even tho it was passed the return window, the company saw the post and reached out, they have refunded me my money, good customer service!

I have been searched many similar products for my child. He wants to explore the beauty of the Earth. This product is perfect. There are 6 pictures . I can also use it as night light. It is easy to use. My child change pictures by himself.

This review asks to rate the remote which it doesn’t have. The light was barely okay at first.. the projection wasn’t as clear as pictured, it would not focus at all, in fact it required constant adjustment so I gave up and dealt with the blurry images and I paired it with my other skylight.. after about a month of normal use I noticed the discs were completely burned out. I should have returned this in my window. Too late now, this thing is going in the trash.

We loved this at first! The pictures were colorful and clear but with my son having this on throughout the night for his night light, the pictures have turned white instead. The light that is in the machine must not be an LED light were it doesn’t heat up, because clearly, the pictures are getting so hot it burns the colors off. Highly disappointed that this has happened since now the pictures aren’t really anything to look at.

Grandson loves it! Comes with a few different discs. It’s really fun to watch. The only concern is that we can’t leave it on very long because it can burn out the disc. And I wish we could have a link to buy more discs. But this is an awesome gift

Does not light up like in the picture. Broke within 2 days of using it. Absolute garbage. Would not recommend as a gift or you’ll have a really disappointed child.
