Good materials - but does not fit KNEE as noted in description
The materials used are of good quality. I used it in microwave for about 30 seconds. On the knee It is about 3 inches too short. Can be used for lower leg, above elbow etc.

On second use itself the gel is coming out of the pack. Worst product.
