Will it work for silverado 2500 hd 2020?

Yes, it should work as GM vehicles are all on the same frequency. I haven’t run into any nor have ever heard of any using a different frequency. It works great if you hold it on the inside of the tire near the rim where the valve stem is located. The instructions aren’t the best, but you shouldn’t have any trouble following the “steps”.
