Great Product, Could be a Gateway Drug to Keyboards
To be frank, my use case for this keyboard (probably) isn't what most will buy it for, but it has exceeded my expectations for a keyboard at this price point. I purchased this keyboard to use with my MacBook Pro as opposed to a gaming setup (where I use a Corsair K70 SE) to replace the Razer Pro Type I was using before. There were a few aspects of this board that drew me to it including:-65% layout (so I could keep dedicated arrow keys while maintaining a small form factor)-This board has both Mac and Windows modes-Wired and Wireless operation-Hot-swap capable PCB-RGB Backlighting (which is always a plus, right??)The keyboard out of the box feels weighty and has little flex while typing or otherwise (mostly due to the compact layout), despite being made of plastics. I don't know that I would say it feels "premium", but I would be lying if I said it doesn't feel good in hand. This board can come Red, Blue, or Brown Royal Kludge switches, and the one I purchased had the Blues installed (it was the only one in stock at the time). Frankly, I'm not really a fan of clicky switches, but I found these to be quite pleasant to use and didn't have an issue with them in terms of performance. However, a big reason I bought this board is the hot swap ability it has that most other products in this price range do not come with.I wanted to try some heavier, tactile switches so I picked up some Kailh Box Burnt Orange switches to replace the Blues this came with. Royal Kludge was kind enough to include both keycap and key-switch pullers in the box so I had all the tools needed to change the switches. Instal of the Burnt Oranges was quick and easy (albeit, a tad tedious) and the keyboard has worked with no issues.Overall, it's hard to argue against this keyboard based on its feature set and the value it provides. While I won't say its a replacement for a custom board or a higher end unit from a larger brand, this product provides many of the aspects someone who is getting into the hobby would be curious about (hot swap PCB, 65% layout, Gaming/Productivity ability) at a low barrier to entry. If you're at all curious about creating a more tailored keyboard experience for a multitude of uses (Mac/Windows productivity or PC Gaming), then this is fantastic place to start and I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

JUST BUY IT
I am a fairly new keyboard hobbyist, and this is my second keyboard. This is my first blue switch board, and I'm so in love. The RGB options are incredible and gorgeous. The size of the board is perfect for taking to work with my MacBook. I am also impressed with how well it works with MacOS - it's been hard to find a board that pairs well with Mac. The fact that this is hot-swappable at this price makes it a no-brainer for a purchase. I had my eye on this board for weeks and I regret nothing. If you're on the fence, just do it! The only thing I'd change is for it to have PBT keycaps, but that's not even a big deal, because I plan on customizing this board frequently with various keycaps and switches. I cannot wait to write reports with these clicks blue switches!

Love this keyboard, BUT...
The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the instructions for the controls are wrong, and it is SO difficult to find the correct controls online for this specific model. Connecting the bluetooth is like a guessing game, I had to try a million different key combinations to finally get it figured out. The lack of clear instruction of how to set up and use is so annoying that I had to take away a star. Also, I was having issues with it turning the colors off randomly. After a few hours of troubleshooting I finally figured out that it was because it was low on power. However, once its connected, its VERY fast and efficient. I turn my computer on and it connects Immediately. The colors are so pretty, and the charge can last a while. I also love the sound the keys make when you press them. As far as being customizable goes, I can't tell you because I havent tried it. But it did come with everything you need to replace the keys.If the manufacturers provided an updated instruction manual I would give it five stars! There seems to be clear user manuals for all the other models. So please update this one.Otherwise, LOVE this keyboard. Would recommend!

What can I say other than this keyboard is amazing!
After a few hours of testing this keyboard out I really really really like it. I think that the 65% layout took a bit of getting used to after coming from a full sized keyboard but after a few hours I am back up to 100WPM.The lighting on this keyboard is by no means the brightest I've ever seen but I think it's certainly bright enough. In fact, on my old keyboard I would never have it any brighter than the brightest setting on here. That is a bit of personal preference though. I would say compared to any other RGB implementation from Corsair or Razer it's probably about 75% as bright. As for build quality this keyboard has it in spades. The flex is non-existent and the keycaps are well made. The only gripe that I have is the placement of the tilde key and the delete key. That's the main reason I am wanting to try the RK84. That and it has no adjustable feet.

Great for standard fps games, pretty good for 2d platform fighting games.
Response time is fairly good, I find it a tad bit slow for games like brawlhalla where response time needs to be insanely quick, but its absolutely great. Though I would choose to have the f-keys next time, its surprising how useful they are and you never realize. Great keyboard lighting. Everything overall is great.Update: The keyboard stopped working after i pressed FN + \. The shortcut was supposed to change my backlight mode but it instantly killed my keyboard. It charges(charging light in space bar turns on) but it doesnt turn its other lights on, bluetooth wont connect, and usb wont be detected or recognized, like i never plugged it in. I tried the reset shortcuts i tried everything i can think of and nothing has turned it on. Please let me know if anyone has any idea how to fix, looks completely unfixable to me.
