Here's a tip for removing the ornament cap....grasp it with one of those flexible silicone/rubber grippers and gently wiggle/twist/pull until the cap comes off. Easy! Also, using cardstock, make layers! Trace ornament template and cut out....glue to your photo as additional layer to prevent curling of photos, etc. I'm actually creating a customized, layered insert with a photo plus wintery paper silhouettes. I'll probably add a little of the dry "faux snow" to complete it. And don't forget to wipe off your fingerprint smudges! Love it!

I put my sons photo & ID bracelet inside RIP my sweet baby boy 1-4-00 I didn’t have any of the issues others were having.

Definitely made from cheap-ish plastic but seems like it'll get the job done. Bought for a Christmas exchange.

The ornament itself is nice - seems pretty good quality. I don’t really like that there’s nothing holding the picture inside. I traced the sample picture and cut mine very carefully, but it’s just in there. Doesn’t stay flat.
