My bad- I thought all parchment paper was the same. Caveat emptor- used the sheets to make my parmesan crisps for a catering gig last night. They were crucial to my salad, the parchment sheets stuck to the parmesan so badly I had to throw them out- I had no time to re-make them and lost $10.00 worth of good parmesan. It was like the paper melted into the cheese. I couldnt even crumble it and use the cheese that way. The paper would not come off. I was very upset to say the least.

I've used this product for years and am about to reorder. I am reading these reviews and I am shocked! I don't discount the experiences of other users who are dissatisfied, but to make a claim that these aren't real parchment or they don't work at higher temperatures is just wrong. I've never had a problem with them. MY RECOMMENDATION: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. As to the packaging, the plastic bag they come in, and the loosely folded (not a hard crease) makes them very easy to store. Don't be misled......buy with confidence. I just did!

I have NEVER had a cookie burn when using parchment paper....Until now !!!I'm baking for my son's wedding and this isSOOOOOO disappointingI DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT !!!

DO NOT BUY! I’ve been baking for years and always use King Arthur parchment. Not knowing I was almost out, I ordered this parchment because I needed it faster than KA could deliver. What a mistake. Everything stuck to it and also left an after taste.

Have been baking cookies with parchment for many years....this is awful. First batch completely burnt on bottoms. Had to use 3 sheets per tray to get edible cookies...what a waste of money... Update..seller has refunded my $$$

I use parchment paper every time I bake. I love the ease of these sheets. So much easier than a roll. They fit my baking sheets perfectly. I will order more when my supply gets low.

Great price. I use these all the time on my cookie sheets, I won't cook without them. They fit my larger cookie sheets from corner to corner. Buying in bulk keeps me stocked for a long time.
