This is pretty and I can wear it with a surprising number of outfits. It has lots of different colors in it. And in fact it looks best when it's a contrast. It's a very "center of attention" necklace (which isn't me AT ALL, but it's just really fun). I always get compliments when I wear it.

This is a stunning necklace, very showy but not overly large. Generally I like huge jewelry, but this is of moderate size. However, it has a HUGE presence! It's a tube of black plastic mesh in a very small gauge. The tube is filled with colored round brilliant-cut stones. (I'd guess they're also plastic, based on the weight of the necklace.) The stones catch the light through the mesh, creating a fascinating play of color and light around your face. It's much more beautiful in person, and the colors really show up.The black mesh gives this piece a little edge, so if you like dark and mysterious...here you go! But the bow motif lends it a sweetness that makes it very wearable for nearly anyone. This will bump your little black dress up a notch or two, that's for sure! This would be perfect for so many occasions....from work to play, to an evening out, to a formal dinner dance. If your daughter wants to wear motorcycle boots to prom this might be her perfect necklace. (And more power to her for staying true to who she is!) Wherever this is worn it'll turn heads, and you'll be getting compliments galore! I'll wear this one often. I don't have many dress-up occasions in my life, so it will be worn for everyday. If you're planning on giving this as a gift, it comes beautifully boxed. It's a box within a box, and the inner box has a fold-down side creating a dramatic presentation. The necklace is clipped to a molded cushion for a dramatic display. I'm saving my box to use with my next jewelry gift for someone...but I'm so keeping THIS necklace for greedy little me! Lol!If you want to step out of your box a bit, this will do that for you. If you usually wear very tiny jewelry, this would be an easy way to try something a bit bigger than your normal style. If, like me, you wear very large jewelry most of the time, this is a nice way to scale down the look but still have lots of impact. This would make a wonderful gift for any woman in your life who enjoys jewelry. She won't have anything quite like this, I can pretty much guarantee. If you're a collector, you need a piece like this in your collection, IMO.I personally love this necklace, and I think most of you will, also. So give it a try...I think you'll be glad you did!

The necklace is very pretty but it is also very heavy. I love a lot of Betsey Johnson’s designs, but I decided not to keep this one. It was much longer than what I wanted.

The photos above DO NOT do this necklace justice. This thing is amazing, so simple and cute. It goes with almost everything, so its become my go to every day accessory. Its hard to tell but the mesh is some kind of plastic, but seems super durable. I've been wearing this every day for over a month and it still looks brand new. I play with the mesh during the day sometimes and have had no issues with the crystals coming out either. I also get compliments on this ALL THE TIME. I was lucky to get it while it was marked down to $30, and while I would pay for more it, I don't think I would pay the original price of $50 even considering how nice and well made it is. When I purchased it, the shipping time was 1-3 months and I want to say it did take about 3-4 weeks to actually get here, but no where near the full 3 months it could have. All in all great purchase and one I would make again if I could get it for the right price.
