great concept, arch small and hard
I love the idea of these with the light heel support added to the arch support and the self stick function. They fit well in open sandals. Unfortunately, the arch support itself is just a round lump with no transition making it feel quite awkward. I ended up modifying them by adding moleskin to help transition from the arch around the rest of the foot. Would love to find a similar product with better execution.

Better than nothing
This were easy to apply and the color selection is perfect for different sandals. I wish they were bigger overall. I feel like Elsa from Frozen was the foot model for these. If you’re a size 9 1/2 or bigger, these will make you feel like you have Shaquille O’Neil sized feet squeezing into David Beckham’s shoes.

These are the best arch supports I have tried!!
What makes these different from all the others I have tried is that they have a heal addition. This not only keeps the arch support in place but it also cushions your heal as you walk. I have bad knees and these really make a difference. I highly recommend!!

Better than every other insert I have tried, but still lacking
Why is it so hard for insert manufacturers to duplicate a good arch support insert? This is betterthan maybe five other types I have tried.

Saves my arches
I was so bummed when I started to experience pain in the arch and heel of my feet. A friend suggested I invest in arch support. I bough these so I can continue to wear my cute flats and that is exactly what they have allowed me to do. I have a set in all of my favorite shoes. Good investment. They stay in place with good adherence.
