This is the only brand of soy sauce that I like. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because each time that I have ordered this product online some caps were cracked and once one of the glass bottles arrived cracked with a slow leak. The caps didn't have protective covering in the packaging so they are more prone to cracking. Also, it appears that if you overtighten the cap sometimes that can cause the lid to crack.
